Every printer needs an occasional tune-up, particularly if it has not been used for a long time. When lines or poor colors appears in printouts, it is probably time for maintenance.
Most laser printers will have in built mechanism to advise when a preventative maintenance would have to be done. A preventative maintenance is usually done between 150,000 to 300,000 pages. Together with our service partners, we will provide service and maintenance to all major brand printers located in metro and regional areas of Australia. All service calls will be performed in a timely and cost effective manner, as too eliminate costly printing interruptions and inconveniences.
- Service Reports
All jobs logged with Express Office Systems will be collated and entered into the EOS service database. This database can be used to generate reports by request.
The reports available are:
- Cost analysis - number of call-out´s, call rates, labour, spare parts & operating costs
- Cost-breakdowns - analysis of calls to individual divisions, departments and printers
- Technicians Report - an inspection and diagnoses is made of the printer or network and possible faults or costly future issues which may arise are detailed.
From these reports we will formulate the best and most cost effective solutions and fixes for your current and any inherent problems that might arises. Our qualify technicians will also be able to provide advised on all your printing related problems.
